Requirements

• Professional watchmaking experience, including diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and restoring timepieces.
• Strong technical knowledge of watch movements, mechanical components, and repair procedures.
• Ability to assess repairs accurately and prepare detailed service estimates.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality craftsmanship.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple repair projects efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in continued watchmaking education and technical training.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Rolex Level 30 certification or higher.
• WOSTEP certification.
• SAWTA certification.
• CW21 certification.
• Experience servicing and restoring luxury watches.
• Experience repairing mechanical and automatic watch movements.
• Experience polishing, lapping, and refinishing watch cases.
• Experience working with multiple luxury timepiece brands.
• Experience with watch-parts inventory and vendor coordination.
• Customer-service experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and restoration on a variety of timepieces and luxury watch brands.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide accurate, timely repair assessments.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates for timepieces across multiple brands.
• Maintain high standards of precision, craftsmanship, and quality throughout repairs.
• Refinish watch cases, including polishing and lapping.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and professional.
• Store, organize, and maintain watchmaking tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Perform routine maintenance on workshop tools and equipment.
• Monitor spare-parts inventory and coordinate with parts vendors to obtain necessary components.
• Follow established procedures to maintain quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Work with shop administration, sales associates, and leadership to support a seamless repair experience.
• Provide timely updates about repair progress, expected completion dates, and potential delays.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to support customer service.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment with accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
