About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification (preferred or ability to obtain)
• Proper License classification with DOT medical certification. CDL preferred, but not required
• HVAC or related product knowledge preferred
• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
• Previous delivery driving experience a plus
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle materials
• Ability to read maps, follow directions, and plan efficient delivery routes
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
• Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles safely
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) in a safe manner
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and stock organization
• Assist with counter sales and customer service as needed
• Deliver products to customer locations in a safe, timely, and professional manner when required
• Inspect delivery vehicle(s) and ensure compliance with safety and DOT requirements (if applicable)
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment
