This role is not a requisition processor—it is a strategic talent advisor and operator responsible for hiring Director+ corporate talent across the enterprise. You will partner directly with senior leaders (VP–SVP level) to define talent needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver high-caliber leaders who drive business outcomes. From intake through close, you own both process and outcomes —ensuring we move with speed, precision, and a consistently high bar for talent. This role requires executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. When done well, you will: Elevate the quality of leadership hiring (Director+) Strengthen executive trust and confidence in Talent Acquisition Improve speed and rigor of hiring decisions at the leadership level Build diverse, high-impact leadership pipelines aligned to business priorities
