About The Position

This role is not a requisition processor—it is a strategic talent advisor and operator responsible for hiring Director+ corporate talent across the enterprise. You will partner directly with senior leaders (VP–SVP level) to define talent needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver high-caliber leaders who drive business outcomes. From intake through close, you own both process and outcomes —ensuring we move with speed, precision, and a consistently high bar for talent. This role requires executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. When done well, you will: Elevate the quality of leadership hiring (Director+) Strengthen executive trust and confidence in Talent Acquisition Improve speed and rigor of hiring decisions at the leadership level Build diverse, high-impact leadership pipelines aligned to business priorities

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Director+ corporate hiring
  • Proven track record of hiring senior-level talent across corporate functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders (VP+)
  • Strong sourcing capability—experience building passive pipelines for leadership roles
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen—connects talent decisions to business outcomes
  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Director+ corporate roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Digital, etc.)
  • Lead high-quality intake discussions with senior leaders to define success profiles beyond the job description
  • Drive structured, efficient, and high-touch search processes
  • Ensure strong candidate slates with a clear point of view—not just options
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for leadership talent across corporate functions
  • Map talent markets and build pipelines of passive, high-caliber candidates
  • Provide insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitive positioning
  • Anticipate hiring needs and build pipelines ahead of demand
  • Act as a trusted advisor to VP/SVP leaders
  • Challenge assumptions and raise the bar on talent decisions
  • Drive alignment, clarity, and decision velocity across stakeholders
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and TA leadership to ensure aligned execution
  • Deliver a white-glove, executive-level candidate experience
  • Assess candidates for leadership capability, business impact, and cultural alignment
  • Lead offer strategy and negotiations with confidence and credibility
  • Close top talent in competitive markets
  • Manage pipeline health, search progress, and risks with clear, data-driven updates
  • Ensure accuracy and discipline within Workday (ATS)
  • Continuously improve processes to increase speed, quality, and consistency
  • Contribute to broader TA transformation initiatives
