Requirements

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT)
  • Experience in physical examinations and patient assessment
  • Experience in anesthesia monitoring
  • Experience in surgical preparation and assisting
  • Experience in dentistry
  • Experience in radiology
  • Experience in laboratory work
  • Experience in venipuncture
  • Experience in catheter placement
  • Experience in pharmacy
  • Experience in patient recovery
  • Experience in compassionate care of hospitalized animals

Responsibilities

  • Support Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for clients and patients.
  • Win the confidence of every pet parent by delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Provide exceptional care to every patient.
  • Utilize knowledge and skills in physical examinations and patient assessment.
  • Monitor anesthesia.
  • Assist with surgical preparation.
  • Perform dentistry.
  • Conduct radiology.
  • Perform laboratory work.
  • Perform venipuncture.
  • Perform catheter placement.
  • Dispense pharmacy.
  • Monitor patient recovery.
  • Provide compassionate care of hospitalized animals.
