Requirements

  • Hold a valid Veterinary Technician License (RVT, LVT)
  • A minimum of 1+ years experience in clinic and love all things wellness, medicine, surgery and dentistry
  • General knowledge of GP practices (vaccine schedules, common medication uses, preventative medicine, nutrition)
  • Experience in anesthesia - from using a multiparameter to recalling what medications are in your arsenal to create a safe and prepared environment
  • Dentistry - general knowledge of how to scale and polish.
  • Knowledge of xray positioning and how to troubleshoot
  • Strong foundation of technical skills - from wrangling spicy cats to being able to use your vampire skills for blood draws
  • Communicate with empathy and act with integrity
  • Willingness to grow and adapt; an inclination to embrace change and work together to build an optimal solution for all

  • Bonus points for being able to chart and perform oral nerve blocks!

Benefits
