Responsibilities

• Discuss clients' vacation preferences, travel dates, and budgets.
• Research cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Present travel options and explain booking details.
• Assist with reservations and coordinate requests with suppliers.
• Track payment deadlines and provide predeparture reminders.
• Maintain organized client records and follow-up communication.
• Promote travel services through networking, referrals, and social media.
• Participate in training to strengthen travel knowledge and sales skills.
