About The Position

We are seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join the team as a Travel Advisor. This remote role assists clients with vacation planning, coordinates travel arrangements, and supports clients throughout the booking process. It is suited to people who enjoy helping others, communicate well, and are interested in supporting travelers. The Travel Advisor provides customer service to clients planning vacations; researches and coordinates options such as vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel accommodations; answers questions with helpful travel information; and communicates with suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, staying informed about promotions, supplier updates, and destination information, and assisting clients before and after travel when needed.

Requirements
