About The Position
The Align Clinician Team Lead serves as the clinical north star for practitioners, ensuring high-integrity healthcare that meets the Align standard and exceeds 2026 KPI benchmarks. This role involves leading the clinical team by example and mentorship, acting as the clinical engine for the growth and success of clinicians and patients. Responsibilities include overseeing peer reviews, leading student placements through the UHN partnership, and ensuring treatment plans remain the industry gold standard. The Team Lead owns the clinical culture to optimize client outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be a registered practitioner (Chiropodist/Podiatrist) in good standing with COCOO.
- Proven ability to manage teams and hold others accountable to high-performance standards.

- Be a fixture in our Mississauga and Toronto clinics, maintaining the energy and standards of one or both flagship locations.
Nice To Haves
- Master of the Align Clinician Program.
- Experience in leading, managing, and holding accountable (LMA).
- Ability to interpret data and build training solutions.
- Thrive in a "Teaming" environment and partner effectively with the Client Experience (CEC) Team Lead.
- Experience working directly with a Medical Director and Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and coaching of clinicians.
- Serve as the site supervisor for Michener Chiropody student placements.
- Audit treatment plans and clinical case studies to ensure brand integrity.
- Resolve client concerns to ensure high NPS scores and a steady stream of 5-star reviews.
- Coach clinicians on integrated recommendations (product and service needs) to hit revenue-per-hour targets.
- Provide leadership with "boots on the ground" intel to keep clinics running lean and efficient.
- Represent the clinical voice in L10 meetings.
- Ensure 100% completion of quarterly clinical Rocks.
- Deliver accurate data for the Monday Flash Reports.
