About The Position

Eaton’s EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division is currently seeking a Storeroom Supervisor. This role will take place at our growing facility in Beaver, PA. As the Storeroom Supervisor you will be responsible for leading daily storeroom operations and supervising hourly employees to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted material support for manufacturing and maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of our Beaver, PA facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics from an accredited institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a leader of people.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain.
  • At least 1 year of experience in upholding safe material handling practices, including the packaging, transportation, storage, and inventory management of materials in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Prior experience working in a union environment.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure site adheres to Supply Chain Policies and Corporate procedures and programs.
  • Establishes and maintains procedures for the department(s).
  • Lead a high performing team of hourly employees through development plans, mentoring, and driving accountability.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, environmental, health and safety requirements, regulatory standards, and quality expectations. Promotes a culture of safety, engagement, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Standardize work processes, inventory practices, cycle count execution, material transactions, and 5S expectations across all storeroom locations.
  • Ensure consistent prioritization of material flow activities to support production schedules and customer commitments.
  • Improve accountability for inventory accuracy, material handling compliance, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate staffing, training, cross-training, vacation coverage, and absence management across all storeroom operations.
  • Conducts audits and corrective actions as needed to drive accountability and operational excellence.
  • Manages workforce planning and staffing to ensure adequate shift coverage, balanced workloads, and business continuity. Coordinates schedules, vacations, overtime, and employee assignments in accordance with operational needs and applicable labor agreements.
  • Utilizes warehouse and ERP systems to monitor operations, analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service levels, inventory management, and cost performance.
