About The Position

Amica Aurora Promenade is seeking a Full Time Dining Room Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of the Dining Room in the absence of the Dining Room Manager. This role requires excellent judgment, self-motivation, reliability, and a strong understanding of dining operations to ensure "5 Star" service for all residents and guests. Amica Senior Lifestyles operates over 30 senior living residences, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Long Term Care options, combining expert care with premium hospitality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food Handling Certificate
• Serving it Right Certificate
• Minimum three years experience in a fine dining service environment

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Previous hotel experience in a fine dining property
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Three years progressive experience in a variety of dining environments

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the Dining Room, in the absence of the Dining Room Manager.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, self-motivation and reliability.
• Ensure procedures are carried out and the principles of “5 Star” service are extended to all residents and guests.
