About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. This part-time stylist role offers great pay, flexible hours, and manageable weekends. Earn $23–$30+ per hour, bonuses included, with paid training, medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus virtual care and mental health support. A Texas cosmetology or barber license is required to step into a growing team where advancement is on the table.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
