About The Position
Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a licensed clinical social worker to join its growing physician-led geriatrics practice. Windsor Run is a continuing care retirement community in Matthews, North Carolina, managed by Erickson Senior Living. The organization describes its mission as supporting residents’ vibrant lifestyles, financial stability, and health and well-being, while offering employees flexibility, work-life balance, and opportunities to learn and grow. Compensation starts at $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes base pay, bonus, and incentive compensation. The role requires the highest level of clinical social work licensure in the state and at least three years of social work experience.
Requirements
- Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required.
- Clinical social work licensure at the highest level in the state required.
- Minimum of three years of social work experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Social work experience in a health care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of the geriatric population, case management, and dementia preferred.
