About The Position
The Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical provides client-centered mental health therapy in a fully remote environment. The role focuses on regular virtual sessions and supporting clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care. The position is full-time, based in Maryland, and scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated annual salary is $115,000–$120,000.
Requirements
- Active Maryland LCSW-C license.
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Experience providing mental health therapy.
- Strong assessment and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms.
- Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses.
- Develop and update treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress across sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
