About The Position
We are hiring a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote telehealth opening in Washington. The role involves providing high-quality therapy from home in a full-time weekday position. The clinician will help clients understand their challenges, set treatment goals, and make progress through ongoing therapy and support, while also handling documentation and care planning as part of daily clinical work. The salary is $115,000 to $120,000 a year, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Active Washington LICSW license.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions through telehealth.
- Complete assessments and clinical interviews.
- Create and manage treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing therapeutic support.
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation.
- Coordinate with other providers when needed.
