About The Position

The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker provides individual psychotherapy to adults through video-based telehealth. Clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, or major personal changes. The clinician assesses each client’s circumstances, provides appropriate therapy, and helps determine what support is appropriate as care continues. The role is remote and based in Washington, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Active Washington LICSW license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold individual psychotherapy sessions by video.
• Review client history and current concerns at the start of care.
• Identify issues that may need closer clinical attention.
• Help clients work through emotional and behavioral concerns.
• Complete required case notes and records.
• Follow up on concerns that arise between or during sessions.
• Recommend other services when therapy alone is not enough.
• Respond appropriately to risk or safety concerns.
• Practice within Washington LICSW licensing and confidentiality requirements.
