About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to deliver therapy services to adults through a fully remote model. This full-time position is suited to clinicians who value clear expectations, steady caseloads, and the ability to focus on therapy without in-person clinic demands. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the position is located in Vermont.
Requirements
- Active Vermont LICSW license.
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Prior clinical therapy experience.
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth.
- Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing clinical reviews.
- Document sessions according to compliance requirements.
- Coordinate care and referrals when appropriate.
- Adhere to Vermont LICSW scope of practice.
