Requirements

• Previous sales experience in a skilled trade is required.
• Strong knowledge of sewer systems, water lines, drain systems, and underground plumbing.
• Proven ability to close residential service sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling sewer, drain, excavation, or residential plumbing projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate sewer, drain, and underground plumbing issues.
• Inspect sewer systems and identify repair or replacement needs.
• Present professional estimates and explain repair and replacement options.
• Build trust with customers through honest recommendations and outstanding customer service.
• Close sewer replacement, water line, excavation, and drain projects.
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and follow up with customers as needed.
• Travel locally to customer homes and job sites (approximately 90% travel).
