About The Position
At Germain, our mission is to attract, develop and retain exceptional people to deliver an outstanding experience that creates loyalty beyond reason, one customer at a time. As a Service Advisor , you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Organized and friendly personality
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional personal appearance
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
- Write repair orders
- Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
- Assist your client through the service process.
- Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
