About The Position

Requirements

  • Must have worked at our Motley, MN plant as a seafood processor within the last 12 months.

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months experience in food manufacturing
  • HS Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Checks/verifies materials and amounts to be weighed, measured or counted and places items into the appropriate containers.
  • Removes Product from platforms/conveyors and packs into preformed pouches or boxes.
  • Set up operate and monitor machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
  • Record production data such as the ingredients used, temperature. Weights and times according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Fills hoppers of automated system with correct ingredients using vacuum assist for lifting bags.
  • Disassembles and reassembles the production line and equipment as necessary for cleaning.
  • Cleans and Sanitizes production equipment, tools, and work area per Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure (SSOP) while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)
  • Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
  • Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.
