About The Position
Bonneville Contracting & Technology Group is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical solutions across our telecommunications, low-voltage, electrical, and managed technology divisions. This role combines technical expertise with consultative sales to support clients from initial discovery through project award.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of engineering, technical sales, estimating, or project management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.

- Ability to travel throughout Puerto Rico and occasionally to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals and coordinate with engineering and estimating teams.
- Present solutions and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Assist with responses to RFPs and bid opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales goals.
