Requirements

  • Current Wisconsin RN License
  • MDS experience (required)
  • Strong leadership & communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate total nursing care for residents on your assigned unit while supporting and guiding your team.
  • Complete assessments, MDS, and care plans
  • Perform medication administration & treatments
  • Conduct chart audits
  • Manage admissions & discharge planning
  • Ensure compliance with State & Federal regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
  • Drive quality assurance initiatives
