About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned groups of patients. The selected candidate will adhere to established standards of care and utilize the nursing process effectively.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong understanding of established standards of nursing care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines to ensure a holistic approach.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of nursing practice.
