Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and complete MDS assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate MDS documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care.
• Help maximize appropriate reimbursement through accurate assessments.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
