About The Position

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio (Required).
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (Required).
• 3+ years of experience in a physician’s office or ambulatory setting (Required); EMR experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities across multiple clinic sites.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with specialized urological procedures and manage complex clinical treatment schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for medical concerns, triage patient inquiries, and process prescription refills via EMR.
• Track diagnostic test results, communicate findings to patients per physician orders, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Perform Point of Care (POC) testing and ensure necessary orders, labs, and reports are compiled for hospital procedures.
• Complete Environment of Care (EOC) rounds and maintain strict compliance with OSHA and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
