About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a 61-year-old male adult in West Newton, PA. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections, deliver personalized care in a supportive home setting, and make a significant impact. It's ideal for nurses looking to focus on quality care and become a trusted part of a client's life.
Requirements
- Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for care
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care
