All services, including primary care, advanced screening, diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging, are included in the members' annual fee. Their mission is to equalize healthspan and lifespan by translating science into medicine in real-time and bringing humanity back into healthcare. The organization opened its flagship Institute in New York in 2022, expanded to South Florida in 2024, and plans to launch an Institute in Los Angeles in late spring 2026. This role is an opportunity to join the flagship NYC team as a Care Coordinator. The position requires superior administrative and customer service skills to support the best possible member experience and redefine care coordination standards. The ideal candidate is organized, thoughtful, people-obsessed, and a problem solver who can work alongside a world-class clinical team. They should design immaculate healthcare experiences, understanding that peace of mind is a luxury for members, and act as the 'calm in the storm' and the 'engine' driving care forward. Commitment to excellence, high standards, and collegiality is essential. The candidate should be versatile, flexible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with members, potential members, and colleagues. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick responses is valued. Experience with and belief in customer service as a business success foundation, with a drive to go the extra mile, is important.
