About The Position
At Golden Reserve, we understand the challenges financial advisors face, such as building a client base from scratch and the lack of genuine support. We are committed to changing this landscape for both retirees and the Client Servicing Retirement Planners (CSRP) we hire. This role is distinct because its primary focus is not sales, but rather managing, updating, and taking complete ownership of every aspect of a client's retirement success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing and servicing financial planning or advisor experience
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- Series 65 or equivalent
- Strong planning skills
- Tax literacy
- Client-first mindset
- Grit — hustle, take ownership, and deliver on promises
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a dedicated book of clients
- Lead annual reviews, tax planning meetings, and ongoing strategy discussions
- Deliver an unmatched client experience across investment, insurance, legal, and tax
- Act as the central relationship driver, supported by an in-house team of CPAs, attorneys, and client service professionals
- Build meaningful relationships with clients that lead to world-class client retention and client referral opportunities
- Ensure that existing clients' retirement needs are met
- Serve as the primary relationship manager and deliver consistent, high-touch client experience
- Demonstrate commitment and a belief in a new way of planning
