About The Position
Alera Group is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Executive. Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance markets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing proactive guidance on coverage, renewals, market conditions, and risk management to drive strong retention
- Lead renewal and marketing strategy by analyzing exposures, negotiating with carriers, preparing and presenting renewal proposals, and ensuring accurate policy placement and issuance
- Collaborate closely with Producers, Account Managers, and internal specialists to deliver seamless client service while allowing Producers to focus on new business development
