About The Position

Requirements

• ICU nursing experience
• Active registered nurse license
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a high-acuity setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care for ICU patients using the nursing process and established standards.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered, ensuring patient safety and documentation accuracy.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; advocate for patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to adjust care plans as needed.
• Document care and outcomes clearly and maintain confidential, compliant records.
