About The Position

This position is for our new Mckinney, TX office. JOB SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is to assist in the facilitation of closing residential transactions.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience is required
  • Must be able to work at location (this is not a work remote position)
  • Microsoft Suite proficient

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred (title/escrow/real estate/property management)

Responsibilities

  • All receptionist responsibilities (answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, process deliveries and mail)
  • Assisting with opening the new customer/client files into the database system
  • Office supplies, work/copy room upkeep
  • Assisting Escrow teams with whatever is needed
  • Receipting of contracts/earnest money
  • Ordering taxes and HOA
  • Processing title commitments
  • Managing closing schedule
  • Proficient with Outlook
