About The Position
Roxbury Treatment Center is currently hiring per diem/prn receptionists in our administration department. The receptionist plays a crucial role in managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing phone calls on a multi-line phone, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Effective oral, telephonic, and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to type 45 wpm
- Working knowledge of word processing and computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must be a team player
