As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. Requirements
- Friendly, and outgoing "people person" with excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional appearance
- High School Diploma or higher
- A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
- Various other clerical duties assigned
