Reporting to the Mobile Team Lead, the Quality Assurance Analyst’s key responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation. This includes functional, exploratory, regression, and developer work item testing. The role involves documenting, investigating, reproducing, tracking, and validating software defects, enhancement requests, and customer-reported issues in collaboration with developers, product owners, support staff, and other stakeholders. The analyst will also communicate release changes through clear release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers, peers, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role will utilize approved AI-assisted tools where appropriate to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release note drafting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, documentation, and release readiness practices.
