About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience using SQL queries to review and validate test results.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a software application development life cycle environment.
• At least 1 year of experience creating automation test strategies and hands-on writing of automation scripts using Playwright.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a Windows environment to test applications and interfaces.
• At least 1 year of experience using tools such as Visual Studio IDE or VSCode.
• At least 1 year of experience writing and executing manual and automated test cases.
• At least 1 year of experience with backend ETL (extract, transform, load) test automation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience with Playwright automation testing using TypeScript or C#.
• At least 2 years of experience developing and using automated testing frameworks.
• At least 2 years of experience with .NET test automation frameworks such as NUnit.
• Experience with manual and automated testing of REST/SOAP/JSON APIs using Postman, SoapUI, and REST API automation libraries.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps Test Plans, Repos, and Pipelines, and integrating test automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Databricks test automation using C#, NUnit, and Notebooks.
• Experience using DevOps tools such as Docker, GIT, and Jenkins, and developing test automation frameworks for Azure cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design manual and automated test cases from user stories.
• Develop test scripts to ensure quality and functionality requirements are met.
• Build and enhance automated tests for CI/CD pipelines and new features.
• Execute manual and automated testing to support successful releases.
• Collaborate on code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous quality improvements.
• Validate results, track defects, and perform feature and regression testing.
• Partner with development teams to identify, investigate, and resolve issues.
• Communicate testing progress, quality metrics, and release readiness.
• Plan, execute, and report quality assurance activities.
• Create automated test cases using Playwright with TypeScript or C#.
