About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a Senior Living Community setting in Lakewood, CO. This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a stable, team-oriented environment with opportunities for career growth and patient independence. The facility is known for delivering high-quality rehab services and maintaining a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department. You will be part of a supportive rehab team with access to modern equipment, mentorship, and a culture that values professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CO license (or eligibility to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff
- Promote patient independence and mobility
