MSK Teletherapy Physical Therapist / PTA - Missouri
About The Position
Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients remotely from home. The program combines knee and lumbar bracing with physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring, delivered through a network of in-home therapists. Remote visits and monitoring are paid per visit and per call. Therapists joining the remote caseload first complete six in-person brace fittings for patients from their existing caseload. Each paid clinical visit includes intake, fitting, and follow-up, at a flat fee agreed in writing before the first patient. PeteDME provides a one-page screening tool to help identify suitable patients and handles prescriptions, benefit verification, and paperwork. This is not a sales or referral role; therapists treat patients they already see. After completing six fittings, therapists can receive teletherapy patient referrals from PeteDME and work from home on their own schedule. This is additional independent-contractor work alongside the therapist’s current job. The role includes free specialized orthopedic bracing training and certification, AI-generated SOAP notes, and flat fees fixed in advance. Pay does not depend on volume or referrals.
Requirements
- Active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state where the therapist practices.
- Currently working in home health or another in-home setting.
- Must evaluate and provide treatment.
Responsibilities
