Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients remotely from home. The program combines knee and lumbar bracing with physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring, delivered through a network of in-home therapists. Remote visits and monitoring are paid per visit and per call. Therapists joining the remote caseload first complete six paid in-person brace fittings for patients from their own current caseload. Each fitting includes intake, fitting, and follow-up, with a flat fee agreed in writing before the first patient. PeteDME provides a one-page screening tool to identify suitable patients and handles prescriptions, benefit verification, and paperwork. This is not a sales role, and therapists are not asked to refer patients; they treat patients they already see. After the six fittings, teletherapy referrals from PeteDME begin. The work is performed from home on the therapist’s schedule and is paid per visit and per call. This is additional independent-contractor work alongside the therapist’s current job.
