Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients remotely from home. The program combines knee and lumbar bracing with physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring through a network of in-home therapists. Remote visits and monitoring calls are paid per visit and per call. Therapists joining the remote caseload first complete six in-person brace fittings with patients from their existing caseload. Each is a paid clinical visit covering intake, fitting, and follow-up, at a flat fee agreed in writing before the first patient. PeteDME provides a one-page screening tool and handles prescriptions, benefit verification, and paperwork. After the six fittings, teletherapy referrals from PeteDME begin; therapists treat these patients from home on their own schedule. This is additional independent-contractor work alongside the therapist’s current job, not a sales role. Specialized orthopedic bracing training and certification are provided at no cost, and AI-generated SOAP notes are available without requiring a new EMR. The hiring process may use AI tools to support application review, resume analysis, or assessment of responses and verification signals. These tools assist the recruitment team, while humans make final hiring decisions.
