About The Position

Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from home. The program combines knee and lumbar bracing with physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring, delivered through a network of in-home therapists. Remote visits and monitoring are paid per visit and per call. Therapists joining the remote caseload first complete six in-person brace fittings with patients from their own current caseload. Each paid clinical visit includes intake, fitting, and follow-up, for a flat fee agreed in writing before the first patient. PeteDME provides a one-page screening tool to identify candidates among the therapist’s existing patients and handles prescriptions, benefit verification, and paperwork. The role does not involve sales or referrals; therapists treat patients they already see. After completing six fittings, therapists begin receiving teletherapy patient referrals from PeteDME. The work is performed from home, on the therapist’s schedule, and is paid per visit and per call. This is additional independent-contractor work alongside the therapist’s current job.

Requirements

Hold an active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state where practicing.
Currently work in home health or another in-home setting.
Evaluate patients and provide treatment.

Responsibilities

Treat PeteDME MSK Integrated Care patients through teletherapy and remote therapeutic monitoring after completing six fittings.
