About The Position

PeteDME is seeking licensed physical therapists or physical therapist assistants to treat its MSK Integrated Care patients remotely from home. The program combines knee and lumbar bracing with physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring through a network of in-home therapists. Remote visits and monitoring are paid per visit and per call. Therapists first complete six paid in-person brace fittings with patients from their own current caseload. Each fitting includes intake, fitting, and follow-up, and is paid at a flat fee agreed in writing before the first patient. PeteDME provides a screening tool to identify suitable patients and handles prescriptions, benefit verification, and paperwork. After the six fittings, teletherapy referrals from PeteDME begin. These are PeteDME patients, treated from home on the therapist’s schedule and paid per visit and per call. The work is additional independent-contractor work alongside the therapist’s current job. PeteDME offers specialized orthopedic bracing training and certification and AI-generated SOAP notes, with no new EMR to learn. This is not a sales or referral role.

Requirements

Hold an active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state where the therapist practices.
Currently work in home health or another in-home setting.
Evaluate patients and provide treatment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and provide treatment to patients in an in-home setting.
Complete six paid in-person brace fittings, including intake, fitting, and follow-up, for patients from the therapist’s current caseload.
After completing the six fittings, provide teletherapy and remote therapeutic monitoring to PeteDME patients from home.
Use the provided screening tool to identify potentially suitable patients from the therapist’s existing caseload.
