About The Position
Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Whitney Place at Natick, (Natick, MA) is seeking its next employee-owner team member. We are a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
- Be available at least 3 days per week during weekdays; Monday and Friday must be one of the scheduled days.
- On average 22-24 hours a week but can offer up to 29 hours if have caseload.
Nice To Haves
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
