Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in a functional area
  • Ability to apply subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues
  • Ability to operate within practices and procedures covered by precedents or well-defined policies

Responsibilities

  • Develop, identify, document, analyze and improve general business processes through applied methodologies in order to increase efficiencies/productivity, reduce costs, improve product quality, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Develop documentation to support analysis and improvement such as business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
  • Develop quality assurance and compliance protocols and measurements
  • Support development of training and change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures
  • Coach/mentor less experienced staff, informal supervisory responsibilities, or oversee work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and program
  • Be accountable for performance and results in teams of less experienced professionals, frontline workers and admins
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
