RQ Construction, LLC is seeking experienced Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCM) to join their Field Operations team. This role supports active construction projects on U.S. military installations, with a current assignment located in Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The CQCM position is fully on-site and may require relocation or travel depending on project needs, with preference given to candidates local to the project area. In this role, the CQCM will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a project-specific quality control program in accordance with contract requirements. This involves managing quality processes, ensuring all documentation is completed on schedule, and building strong client relationships to drive successful project outcomes, all in line with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
