About The Position
Engineered Building Systems (EBS), a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, specializes in providing comprehensive mechanical equipment solutions for advanced buildings. EBS collaborates with owners, engineers, and contractors from project inception to completion, leveraging expertise to meet customers' mechanical equipment needs. The company is committed to delivering advanced mechanical systems through its experienced and talented industry professionals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in sales support required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- HVAC Industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HVAC equipment sales team.
- Assist in managing sales orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Book and release equipment.
- Track shipment of equipment and schedule start-up.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales transactions.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and forecasts.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and provide support and resolve issues once equipment is shipped and delivered.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales department.
