About The Position

We live that statement every single day. We are looking for an Engine Technician to help support that mission.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years engine building experience
- Experience with heavy diesel engines and generators
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Must be computer literate -- familiarity and experience with computers, software, and tablet systems.
- A good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions
- Solid shop floor management knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Engine removal, disassembly/teardown
- Evaluation of components
- Repair/maintenance as needed of components
- Sending key parts for machining (not done at our facility)
- Engine reassembly
- Keep detailed records of all work performed
- Daily communication with parts department
- Daily communication with shop foreman and service writers with daily schedule to complete
- Performs other related duties as assigned/needed
