About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to support the execution of digital-first brand creative across marketing channels and platforms. This role is highly executional, focused on delivering high-quality, production-ready assets with speed, precision, and consistency. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong technical design fundamentals, and the ability to translate approved creative direction into scalable, platform-ready outputs. You will play a critical role in supporting high-volume creative production while maintaining a strong standard of the ALO brand, including the development and refinement of internal presentation systems for leadership and cross-functional teams. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help bring campaigns and initiatives to life across channels, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency at scale.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in production design, graphic design, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for alignment, spacing, and consistency
  • Ability to apply feedback and direction accurately without repeated correction
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and digital design fundamentals
  • Strong eye for image cropping and composition
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working across high-volume output
  • Collaborative, positive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing presentation templates and systems (Figma or PowerPoint) with a strong eye for hierarchy and clarity
  • Basic understanding of performance creative (paid social, A/B testing, variations)
  • Experience with high-volume asset versioning workflows
  • Familiarity with presentation design (Figma or PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to print or packaging file setup
  • Interest in fashion, wellness, or luxury branding

Responsibilities

  • Execute production-ready assets across paid social, display, email, and site based on approved creative direction
  • Adapt and version creative across formats, sizes, and placements with speed and accuracy
  • Crop, scale, and prepare imagery for digital use, ensuring strong composition and alignment
  • Prepare organized, platform-ready files including naming conventions, specs, exports, and QA
  • Support campaign rollouts across channels, ensuring consistency across all deliverables
  • Provide production support for internal marketing and leadership presentations, including decks and templates
  • Design and maintain scalable presentation templates that reflect brand standards and improve consistency across teams
  • Apply layout systems, typography, and grid structures to presentation and marketing materials
  • Refine and polish slides for clarity, hierarchy, and visual consistency
  • Maintain clean, organized working files and contribute to scalable templates and systems
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail
