About The Position

The Floral Designer with a production focus creates high-volume floral arrangements while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining the company’s signature style and quality. The role contributes directly to customer experiences across bouquets, centerpieces, installations, weddings, corporate events, retail displays, and seasonal promotions. It combines creative design with efficient production, flower preparation, inventory organization, teamwork, and support for large-scale event installations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a floral designer, ideally in a high-volume or production-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of floral varieties, care, and design principles.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Comfort with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines while keeping designs fresh and creative.
Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to share knowledge.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy arrangements or installations.

Responsibilities

Design and produce floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, retail displays, and seasonal promotions.
Execute high-volume production runs while maintaining consistency, quality, and creative flair.
Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and meet daily output goals.
Select, prepare, and condition flowers to ensure longevity and visual appeal.
Maintain an organized workspace and manage inventory of floral supplies.
Assist in training junior designers and production assistants on design techniques and efficiency best practices.
Support large-scale installations, including on-site setup and breakdown.
