About The Position

Lytegen is building an elite closing team and is recruiting proven producers who know how to walk into a home, control a conversation, build trust fast, and close. This is a Full-Time role with compensation ranging from $70,000 to $100,000+ per year plus uncapped commissions. Top performers can earn $200,000+ annually. We are looking for driven, disciplined, and competitive Sales Consultants who can control conversations, build trust quickly, and close decisively. This is a performance-based role for individuals seeking income growth, authority, and real responsibility. Prior solar or sales experience is not required; the ability to learn fast, execute consistently, and take control of outcomes is paramount. The role involves consulting homeowners on high-impact solutions that improve long-term value and decision-making, with success measured by execution, accuracy, and results.

Requirements
