About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is a growing independent practice seeking experienced financial professionals in Arizona. We offer a direct path for advisors to move their book of business, retain 100% portability, and add a team-override compensation layer. We are selective and respect contractual obligations. Our firm has a history of helping clients navigate financial complexities and is expanding across Arizona, backed by National Life Group (A+ AM Best). We provide infrastructure, training, override compensation, and access to a benefits package. Compensation is commission-based with no guaranteed base salary, and advisors retain 100% ownership of their book of business.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
  • 3+ years of financial services or insurance experience, or equivalent production track record.
  • Established Arizona client relationships and production history.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • No binding non-solicitation, or clear timeline for expiration.
  • Ready to decide within 14–21 days after legal review.
  • Must pass a background check and fingerprinting.

Nice To Haves

  • Series 6/7 + 63/66 preferred.
  • Experience with Premium Financing, Digital Marketing, CPA Alliances, Advanced Planning.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit life insurance or annuity contracts.
  • Manage and grow a book of business.
  • Provide financial advice and planning to clients.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Build and lead a team of junior advisors (for those pursuing a Managing Director path).
