About The Position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working inside a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
• Hands-on experience operating ASML steppers/scanners and TEL track systems.
• Familiarity with photolithography manufacturing execution systems (MES), basic SPC software, and recipe selection for automated lithography clusters.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry wafer pods in a cleanroom for the duration of a 12-hour compressed work-week shift.
• Ability to work scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute production runs according to standard operating procedures, managing wafer lots through automated TEL track coater/developer modules and ASML exposure tools.
• Monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and identify, flag, and contain out-of-control or out-of-specification events.
• Qualify photolithography equipment for production after maintenance or downtime, and perform first-line troubleshooting of track fluidics, wafer handling errors, focus/exposure offsets, and overlay misalignments.
• Use CD-SEM, overlay measurement systems, and automated defect inspection tools to verify critical dimensions and alignment accuracy, and dispose of wafers according to predefined criteria.
• Identify lithography printing failures, initiate wafer rework procedures such as resist strip and clean, and document root causes.
• Collaborate with Equipment Technicians and Process Engineers to resolve complex ASML/TEL tool failures, and provide detailed shift handovers across alternating teams.
• Follow cleanroom protocols, chemical safety practices, and hazardous materials procedures.
